About Connie Tsai, OD

Connie Tsai, OD, is a talented and compassionate optometrist serving patients of all ages at Project Eyecare Optometry in Mission Viejo, California. In addition to providing comprehensive eye exams and fitting patients with contact lenses and stylish eyeglasses, she also provides myopia management using innovative orthokeratology lenses, atropine eye drops, and customized multifocal contact lenses.

Dr. Tsai graduated from the University of California, Irvine, with her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Social Behavior. She went on to earn her Doctor of Optometry from the Western University College of Optometry in Pomona, California. She’s a member of several professional organizations, including the American Academy of Optometry, the National Association of VA Optometrists, and the American Optometric Association.

Dr. Tsai completed a residency in ocular disease at the Maine Veteran Affairs Hospital, where she gained extensive experience working with military veterans and geriatric patients. She is also proficient in Mandarin Chinese, which helps her serve more of the Mission Viejo community.
Dr. Tsai diagnoses and treats a wide range of eye diseases, including cataracts, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and macular degeneration. She also provides LASIK consultations and aftercare for patients looking for permanent vision correction.
